Another UFO cloud formation, now in Romania
A few weeks ago, a UFO cloud formation was seen in Russia. This time, another almost same formation in the sky was seen in Romania.
How come the formation like a doughnut-shaped holes in the cloud layer happened? And why these 2 formations occurs in a near time but different country? Maybe there are more to appear later, just wait and see. Which country is next? .......
