Don't ever trust if someone send you email telling you that you have won the lottery. They are all scam! Phishing emails. And below is the example of it;

If they really want to pay you lottery, they just have to ask your paypal's email or something like that and just pay you. And don't have to ask for your personal details and then ask you to pay a fee or something. So everybody, Don't trust this kind of email!
