Adobe Audition is one of the best audio editing now. It can record live from the microphone and also from streaming in internet or audio player. Now i wanna share here of how to record streaming audio using Adobe Audition. I use here Adobe Audition 3.0 and i think each versions can record audio streaming.Firstly, let it be in a single-track mode. You can monitor the recording level by pressing F10. Use Windows volume control to adjust the incoming volume. And now you are ready to play the record or streaming and press record button to start recording. So easy is it?
You can adjust the settings to your appropriate choice, and usually the standard recording is not so good. You can then later save the file as compressed Wav or any format. Use Mp3 to Wav converter to convert the compressed file to standard Wav format. Then you can use AudioCatalyst or any Mp3 converter software to make the audio sounds nicer.
